Another trial !!!

I tried a new recipe with came out quite well !

Mushroom Masala

1 lb mushrooms, cleaned & sliced
1 medium onion, minced
2 tbsp ginger-garlic paste
1 big tomato
5-6 soaked cashew nuts
1 inch cinnamon
2 cloves
2 cardamoms
1 tsp coriander powder
1/4 tsp chili powder
1/4 tsp turmeric powder

Fry cinnamon, cloves, cardamoms and grind it to a powder. Also grind tomato, cashews and onion, each separately.Heat oil and add ground onion, ginger-garlic paste and fry until its brown. When oil separates add ground tomato. After sometime, add coriander powder, chili powder, turmeric, ground masala (cinnamon, cardamoms and cloves) and ground cashew nuts. Then, add mushrooms and salt. Cook for 10-15 minutes on reduced flame. Garnish with coriander leaves and serve.
